Tandem Transport's goal is to offer a transport system which is better than industry standard at competitive charges which ensures a return that maintains the viability of our business with due regard to our employees and legal constraints.
We operate vehicles which are mainly less than 2 years old, sharing over 60 curtain sided trailers which are mainly new. The trailers are all 13.6 metre (45’) long and are at least 4.4 metre (14’7”) overall height allowing an internal height of a minimum of 2.90 metres (9’4”). We also have 7.5 ton curtain sided vehicles and Renault mastervan.
We offer a service which is planned to always be the very best and this is achieved by professional management throughout, including ongoing training and assessments with a high degree of emphasis on Total Customer Satisfaction.
We carry products ranging from Polystyrene, Cabinets, Roof Tiles, Wrapping Paper, Food Products, Plasterboard and Lager/Beer in Kegs/Cans, and various brown goods in any weight from 600 kgs through to 44,000 kgs.
We are members of the Freight Transport Association (FTA) and have a continual investment programme with regard to new technology which enables us to offer a more tailored service.
All goods are carried under Freight Transport Association 2002 terms of carriage.
